ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 working day to process your order unless you have agreed a time directly with Katherine . Expect an email immediately after you have ordered to let you know your order is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP -  From 2 Lynden Way, The Square, BEAMINSTER, DT8 3AX.  Orders can be picked up daily, from 11.00am until 3pm  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY  Unless its under very special circumstances, local delivery is not offered.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1 working day using Royal Mail's Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. This is a flat fee for shipping within the UK and a differing one for USA. We currently do not ship to the EU.

TARRIFS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Dizzy Co Designs Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Return shipping is at your own cost.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@dizzycodesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
