An automated email will be sent to you when you purchase your item but also when your item has been shipped. 

Shipping choices are collection only, tracked or untracked (not recommended for international customers) for safe delivery of your purchases

 

International Customers: 

Any Customs & Excise taxes are to be paid by the purchaser. Please ensure you understand the laws of your country and if this will affect you. This is not the responsibility of Dizzy & Co Designs

Incorrect Address:

When placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct, and please contact us immediately if you later notice a mistake. We can't be responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrectly entered shipping address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied or it's not what you wanted, no problem. Simply email dizzyandco@gmail.com for instructions on what to do next!

Please return your item in its original wrapping, within 14 days a full refund will be given.

Damaged or used goods can not be returned. Return cost is payable by buyer.
